"Ophelia's has such a great selection of things ranging from jewelry to house ware. Every time I travel somewhere I look for rings, this place has a wide selection of gorgeous rings/ jewelry. The woman who helped us (Julie) was so sweet and helpful. Finding this place made my trip complete"

"We had a great visit to Ophelia's yesterday. Let me share our story. About five years ago, I was visiting Georgetown from our home in Ohio. I was searching for a book from a particular series, and, though I didn't find it on that day, I did purchase a similar book with a connection to the history of our Ohio town. Well, yesterday, when I visited Ophelia's, two of the books from the series I was looking for were in a case. They are very valuable, and I could not afford them. I shared that story with the owner, and, with some instruction, she graciously allowed me to hold and look through one of them. We then had a delightful conversation about the book, its historical connection to my home, and the history of the bank building in which Ophelia's in located. What a delightful conversation. Thank you!"

"This is one of my favorite places to visit on long weekends in the mountains. I especially love all the old books and have purchased many!"

"High quality antiques. I was fascinated by their antique tools. Mom loved the antique jewelry collection. If you are looking for a 1930s Mickey Mouse fill with chaps, bring $3200 and it's yours! All kidding aside be sure to visit this shop when you are in Georgetown."

"Please ignore the negative reviews and the jabs directed towards the owner. Shop contains extensive collection of irreplaceable historical artifacts, I realized that within minutes of entering the shop and treated my visit with utmost respect for the items on display, keeping my distance from them, not touching them, moving around carefully so not to bump into them accidentally. Experience was like being in a museum, treat the artifacts with respect and I got to talk to the owner, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to share the history behind her priceless collection. Oh and the vintage 1930s Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck.... seriously something else"
