"Although we have visited Georgetown several times we had never been in Ophelia's. What a delightful gallery of treasures! We collect artist-painted Russian Matryoshkas (nesting dolls) which are increasingly difficult to find so we were immediately drawn to a curated display. The gallery owner, Julia, showed us several dolls and explained that she purchases them directly from a Russian woman. We enjoyed a conversation about these collectibles, then admired the extensive display of jewelry and made a purchase. Thank you, Julia, for a memorable time in your store. We will see you on our next visit to Georgetown!"

"Ophelia's has such a great selection of things ranging from jewelry to house ware. Every time I travel somewhere I look for rings, this place has a wide selection of gorgeous rings/ jewelry. The woman who helped us (Julie) was so sweet and helpful. Finding this place made my trip complete"

"We had a great visit to Ophelia's yesterday. Let me share our story. About five years ago, I was visiting Georgetown from our home in Ohio. I was searching for a book from a particular series, and, though I didn't find it on that day, I did purchase a similar book with a connection to the history of our Ohio town. Well, yesterday, when I visited Ophelia's, two of the books from the series I was looking for were in a case. They are very valuable, and I could not afford them. I shared that story with the owner, and, with some instruction, she graciously allowed me to hold and look through one of them. We then had a delightful conversation about the book, its historical connection to my home, and the history of the bank building in which Ophelia's in located. What a delightful conversation.
